Bafana To Face Angola In East London
Bafana Bafana Taking Their Game To The Eastern Cape
The South African Football Association (SAFA) has confirmed that the game for Bafana Bafana and Angola will be played in East London.
In recent weeks, East London soccer fans have shown their hunger for professional football by attending games in their numbers.
Chippa United have taken some of their games this season to the Buffalo City and have been rewarded for that decision by the big number of the fans attending their games at the Sisa Dukashe Stadium.
During their Nedbank Cup Last 32 game, Orlando Pirates also played in front of a packed Sisa Dukashe Stadium against EC Bees.
With Bafana preparing for their upcoming two friendly games, SAFA confirmed that one of the games will be played at Buffalo City Stadium.
“Bafana Bafana will face Angola in an international friendly match on Tuesday, 28 March 2017 at Buffalo City Stadium (formerly known as ABSA Stadium) in East London,” SAFA confirmed on their website.
The match is scheduled to take place from 19h00.
This coming Saturday Bafana will play a friendly match against Guinea-Bissau at Durban’s Moses Mabhida Stadium from 15h00.
SAFA have confirmed that tickets for both matches are on sale for R60 at Computicket, Checkers and Shoprite Checkers.
