'MSN Overshadow The Bad Things Barca Are Doing'

'Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez & Neymar Overshadow The Bad Things FC Barcelona Are Doing'

By Keegan Kruger - Mar 17, 2017 05:00 PM @KeeganKruger

The amazing things Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar do have overshadowed all the bad things FC Barcelona have been doing over the past couple of years, according to La Liga expert Guillem Balague.

Balotelli: Why I Didn't Join Barca

The Spanish giants have had their fair share of problems in recent times – examples include the tax scandals some of their players are involved in, and when the club was called out by FIFA for signing youth players illegally.

In an exclusive interview with Soccer Laduma’s Kurt Buckerfield, Balague was asked if the brilliance of the Catalan club's front trio has covered up some of the bad things going on in the background at the club.

"Yes, I think that the beauty and talent of the front three has overshadowed some of the bad things the club has been doing," Balague answered.

"They've been doing a lot of bad things. They lack leadership, they have been involved in court cases, and they've been doing illegal contracts in the case of Neymar. A lot of bad things.

"They are hiding a lot of the problems the club has. The moment that Messi leaves the club, there will be huge drama and a crisis at Barcelona."

Reports: Barca Star Thinking Of Leaving Next Season

The world-class trio have put in a few stellar performances for the Blaugrana this season, and have scored a total of 81 goals in all competitions so far in this campaign.

Do you think Barca have got off lightly when it comes to criticism of its day-to-day runnings? Have your say in the comments section below.

Leadership Barca lack but when the light shines on those problems don't be suprised to see Piquè retire early to fill that post.
