Zlatan Ibrahimovic Comments On His Future
Zlatan Ibrahimovic has commented his future, amid reports he could rejoin Manchester United.
The Premier League side decided against extending the Swede’s expiring contract after the 35-year-old picked up a serious knee injury in April.
The Sun reported that Ibrahimovic could rejoin United once he returns to full fitness and training in January, and the Swede now teased his fans, saying there will be news on his future soon.
"There will be a very big announcement soon," he said, as quoted by The Express after meeting with his agent Mino Raiola in Manchester.
"It will be huge."
Ibrahimovic has also been linked with a move to Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy, who reportedly offered him £6 million (R102m) per year.
The coming MLS season only starts in March 2018, which would give Ibrahimovic enough time to recover.
He wouldn’t be the first world star to sign for Galaxy, the previous club of David Beckham and Steven Gerrard.
