Barcelona To Go After Shock Star?
FC Barcelona, who are still unbeaten in La Liga this season, could reportedly make a shock offer for this English star.
The Catalan giants have impressed in the league this campaign, and are also unbeaten in Europe after four matches.
The club have been linked with the likes of Liverpool’s Philippe Coutinho ahead of the coming transfer window in January, but according to The Sun, there is a new player on their radar.
It has been claimed that Barca sent sporting director Robert Fernandez to Wembley to watch Tottenham Hotspur's Christian Eriksen against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League last week, but came away from the match more impressed with midfielder Harry Winks.
Winks, 21, who has shown good form Spurs' midfield this season, also earned a senior international call-up for the first time last month.
The Englishman has been hailed for his composure and maturity, and it has been said that Barca could make a €39 million (R644 million) bid for the player.
