A Kaizer Chiefs Striker Has Been Ruled Out For Several Months
Kaizer Chiefs confirmed that one of their strikers has been ruled out for several months following an injury to his knee.
The 21-year-old Emmanuel Letlotlo has made just five Absa Premiership appearances for Head Coach Steve Komphela’s side in the 2016/17 season and the club has since confirmed that the player will be facing several months out on the sidelines.
“A report from Kaizer Chiefs’ medical team confirms that Emmanuel Letlotlo injured his knee ligament. According to the medical report, “Letlotlo hurt his knee during training. A scan revealed that Letlotlo ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL)," Chiefs revealed on their official website.
He will undergo surgery, which is scheduled for Friday,” concludes the medical report. It means that the talented striker will be out for six to nine months,” the club added.
